To work for a global law practice specialising in the financial sector
RESPONSIBILITIES
To support and implement legal technology covering collaboration, automation, client portals and knowledge databases
Manage the consolidation of the wider firm legal, client and business knowledge resources
Help bring efficiencies to the set up and ongoing delivery of legal, client and business knowledge content
Collaborate closely with lawyers to co-ordinate client facing knowledge projects and ensure their successful implementation
Assist with the Firm’s efforts to find innovative ways of using its know-how to add value to key client relationships
Manage relevant knowledge databases and websites for internal and external use
Build collaboration tools internally and externally to support knowledge sharing within teams and clients
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of 2 years’ relevant legal technology work experience
Relevant experience of using legal tech solutions such as Contract Express, iManage or similar platforms
Experience in dealing with stakeholders, suppliers, lawyers and business services professionals at all levels
User centric approach to services and commercial awareness
Able to represent the team and the firm professionally and positively both internally and externally
Educated to degree level and relevant professional qualification is desirable but not essential.
