JUNIOR LEGAL TECHNOLOGY SPECIALIST

RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide junior (paralegal level) legal project management support on litigation matters
Assist with the implementation and management of technological solutions, such as HighQ and specialist group action management tools.
Collation and management of data including survey responses
Organisation and management of documents and filing structures.
Preparing first drafts of reports and updates to clients and other third parties.
Help to consider legal project management solutions and strategy.
Assist with training of lawyers on legal project management.
Business development activities which includes writing articles and case studies.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

Ideally some experience of working with LegalTech tools such as HighQ, Documents Automation, generative AI applications and Relativity.Preferably some experience of legal project management and process improvement work.
Experience of working in a professional legal environment.
Some experience of designing solutions and/or services based on customer needs and a passion for improving processes and driving change.
An interest in innovation and a passion for driving change.
An interest in improving processes and optimising efficiencies.
Some experience of working with large quantities of data.
