Our Directors

Glen Recruitment is run by business partners, Arlene Christou and David Wilkinson, who together have built up an extensive knowledge of the sector, both having previously run their own recruitment companies.

Arlene and David are both still actively involved on a daily basis with recruitment assignments, candidates and projects. This results in a highly personalised, focused and informed service to both the candidate and the client.

Our strength is our insightful approach which ensures that the right candidate is placed in the right job.
